Product Introduction

The SC-20D Full Automatic Solar Cell Laser Cutting Machine is a higher-end upgraded model based on the proven SC-20A platform. It is specially designed for shingled solar cell production, and its core advantage is the dual-laser-head design, with two laser units working simultaneously to deliver higher throughput, more stable cutting performance, and better suitability for shingled cell processing in modern photovoltaic manufacturing lines.

The complete system integrates multiple sophisticated components including A/B dual loading boxes, automated loading robotic arms, precision positioning mechanisms, cutting workbench, X/Y cutting motion modules, dual fiber laser systems, optical path systems, unloading robotic arms, and finished product storage boxes. The equipment operates through a seamless automated workflow: the loading robotic arm picks solar cells from the loading box to the cutting workbench, where the positioning mechanism precisely aligns the cells. After positioning, the cells move to the cutting area where the X/Y cutting modules and dual laser heads work in coordination to complete cell division with higher efficiency. Finally, the cut cells are positioned and transferred to the corresponding storage boxes.
